What’s Included
– Structural Components: All CNC-cut shelving, racking frames, and structural components are covered for material defects and production faults.
– Fitted Installations: Any installation carried out by our expert in-house team at Unit 24, Whitestone Business Park, Middlesbrough is guaranteed against improper fitting or assembly.
– Fixtures & Hardware: Handles, drawer slides, brackets, hinges, and fixings are included under our parts and performance coverage.
– Finish Quality: Protective finishes (such as edge banding and coatings) are covered against peeling or premature deterioration.
What’s Not Included
– Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
– Modifications or alterations performed by third parties.
– Water ingress or corrosion caused by poor vehicle maintenance.
– General wear and tear from daily usage beyond normal commercial operation.
How We Handle Claims
If you experience an issue, contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue. We will inspect the fault either remotely or on-site and, if covered, carry out repairs or full replacements at no cost to you.

Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: This guarantee is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice is required for all claims.
- Guarantee Period: Cover begins from the date of installation and runs for 24 calendar months.
- Service Location: All guarantee service must be carried out at our facility unless otherwise agreed.
- Exclusions: Damage resulting from use outside of intended purpose, use of non-compatible products, or neglect will void the guarantee.
- Limit of Liability: VFS Systems’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty parts or installations only.
- Discretionary Approval: All claims are subject to inspection and approval by VFS Systems’ warranty team.
- Aftercare: Customers must follow basic care and usage guidelines issued at the time of install to maintain warranty eligibility.
