VFS Systems Limited – Shipping & Returns Policy

At VFS Systems Limited, we manufacture and supply CNC-cut, high-quality bespoke storage solutions for commercial vehicles. We are committed to transparency, legal compliance, and the highest level of customer service. This document sets out our shipping, returns, and guarantee terms in accordance with United Kingdom consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

•We ship to all regions of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland).

•Orders are dispatched from our headquarters at:

VFS Systems Limited, Unit 24, Whitestone Business Park, Middlesbrough, TS4 2ED, UK.

•International shipping is not currently available.

•All product installation services are carried out exclusively at our Middlesbrough facility.

•Standard delivery is 5–7 working days from dispatch.

•Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

•Dispatch times may vary during peak periods, but customers will be notified of any delays.

•Customers may choose standard delivery or tracked delivery.

•Tracked deliveries will include a tracking number once dispatched.

•All deliveries are insured against loss or damage in transit.

•Delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

•Additional surcharges apply to deliveries to:

•Northern Ireland

•Scottish Highlands and Islands

•Other remote or offshore locations

•Standard mainland UK deliveries are charged at our regular rates.

•Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to accept delivery.

•If delivery fails due to incorrect details or no recipient being present, redelivery fees may apply.

•Returned or unclaimed goods may be subject to storage and re-shipping costs.

•Customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery to cancel orders of standard (non-custom) products.

•Notification of cancellation must be provided in writing to [email protected] within this period.

•Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

•Customers then have an additional 14 days to return the goods at their own expense.

•Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

•All bespoke or custom-manufactured products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or not as described.

•This exemption is permitted under UK law for made-to-order goods.

•By placing a custom order, you accept that sales are final.

•For change-of-mind returns on standard products, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

•VFS Systems Limited will not reimburse these costs.

•For faulty, damaged, or mis-described products, VFS Systems Limited will cover the return shipping costs.

•Refunds cover the purchase price plus standard delivery charges (if paid).

•Premium delivery charges (e.g. express or next-day) are non-refundable.

•Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

•If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, customers must notify us immediately (ideally within 48 hours).

•Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

•VFS Systems Limited will arrange return shipping or collection at no cost to the customer.

•All products manufactured and supplied by VFS Systems Limited are backed by a 24-month guarantee from the date of purchase.

•This guarantee covers:

•Defects in materials

•Manufacturing faults

•Installation errors where installation was performed by our team

•The guarantee does not cover:

•Normal wear and tear

•Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

•Modifications or alterations made by third parties

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law, which remain in full force.
